Our guarantee

At colia & co., we want you to LOVE your clothes. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return your items for a full credit or an exchange. Shipping costs are not refunded, however, we will send out a replacement product, and the shipping charges will be on us. (Regular shipping method is used.) We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.

See shipping & returns below for further details on how to return your purchase. Returned clothing must be in their original condition. The clothing cannot be tagged, soiled, altered, laundered, or damaged.

Sizing

Our clothes are a loose, comfortable fit unless otherwise specified. They are designed with extra ease already build in. Order the size that best reflects your measurements. If you're in-between sizes, order the next size up.

Height:
Stand with normal posture, barefoot, on a level floor.

Bust:
Measure around the fullest area, with the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Waist:
Hold the tape measure around your waist where it feels most natural (the tape measure might not be strictly parallel to the floor.)

Hip:
Measure around the fullest part of your hip, about 8" or so below your natural waist, before the thigh begins narrowing in again.

Inseam:
Measure from the top of the inner thigh to the top of the ankle.

About our clothes

All our clothes are designed to look great AND be low maintenance. "Easy wear, easy care" is one of our primary goals. Whether you wash your own clothes or have someone else care for them, all our clothes are easy to take care of. Just wash and wear.

We want our clothes to be able to withstand whatever laundry facility conditions they may face. That is why we test all our fabrics for durability, and low shrinkage, and we choose fabrics that require no ironing.

All our clothes can be washed in laundry facilities unless otherwise stated.

All our fabrics that we use are tested in conditions that simulate the conditions your clothes face in a facility laundry. Fabrics that don?t meet our standards are not used. We want your clothes to still look great after numerous trips to the laundry.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

In-stock items are shipped within twenty-four hours.  Items that require alternations, hemming, adding velcro strips etc., are shipped out within two business days.

When will my order arrive?

Every in-stock order is delivered within seven to ten days, unless a quicker shipping method is chosen.

Return Items

Please package items in a box or envelope and include the receipt and note if you prefer a refund or want to exchange the item for a different item, size or colour. If you want a refund, we will credit your credit charge accordingly of all charges except for shipping charges.  All exchange items are shipped out FREE of charge, including any extra items you order at that time.

When placing an order, requesting a catalogue, or participate in a contest or survey, we will ask you for your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. When placing an order, we may ask for credit card information and ship to address if different from your address.

We maintain a record of your purchases, whether it be through a catalogue, at a show, or on-line. We use the information you give us to send or e-mail information to you about new styles & upcoming promotions.
